1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, except for pre-order items. For pre-orders, please refer to the specific processing and shipping timeline mentioned on the product page.

2. Pre-Order Policy

Items marked as pre-order are still in production and not ready for immediate shipping.

• Estimated shipping time for pre-orders: 7–21 business days from the pre-order closing date (varies by product).

• If your order includes both pre-order and ready stock items, we will ship the entire order once the pre-order item is ready—unless otherwise requested.

 

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times (once shipped):

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days

• Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.

 

 

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted couriers such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, DHL, and others to ensure fast and safe delivery.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order using the link provided.

 

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Chaoz Magicstik is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

 

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not delivered, contact us within 48 hours at chaozdesign10@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service.
